We do not offer viewing services at the moment.

If the watch’s availability status is set as “On Request”, this means that upon your request or your purchasing attempt, we will check the availability of this watch at our sources and then get back to you once an available piece is found.

All our watches are 100% Authentic together with their manufacturer’s warranties provided. A simple serial number check can be done between the watch and the serial number written on the warranty card/booklet.

You will be receiving the manufacturer’s warranty and the same number of years provided by default by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer provides an additional warranty as a warranty extension format which requires the customer to register the watch and obtain an additional warranty, you will be receiving that as well.

Yes, you can contact us via our Contact Form and request the watch that we do not have it listed on our webpage. We will then check the watch at our reliable suppliers.

You can pay securely and easily by credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express).  Additionally, you can request our bank details to pay by bank transfer.

If you have made a payment for a watch which has it’s availability status set as “On Request”, we will check this watch at our sources  and charge you (capture your payment) only after we secure an availability at our suppliers. Your card payment will be released in the case that we cannot find the watch at our suppliers.

Unfortunately we do not offer financing at this moment.

Unfortunately we do not buy or part-exchange watches at this moment.

We are only capable of shipping within European Union (VAT Zones) at this moment.

Yes, all our watches get shipped as fully insured.

If the courier’s delivery attempt is unsuccessful, then the courier simply will reattempt to deliver your watch the next working day. You can keep track of your parcel using the tracking link provided. For further questions, you can always contact us.

We do not offer personal collection at this moment. All our deliveries are done with the couriers as fully insured.

We offer a 14-day return policy on all our purchases made on our webpage. If you are not satisfied with your watch, the return must be arranged by yourself by using a fully insured shipping service (Customer bares the return shipping cost). The refund will be issued once the watch is returned and inspected by our watchmaker.

We recommend our customers to physically inspect the watch they want to purchase prior to making the purchasing. By this way, the inconveniences for both sides will be prevented.
